- Service tax will be applicable.
- The wage rates are for 8/12 hours duty only, for one month and inclusive of components likes Wages, ESI/PF, Uniform and our service charges.
- All payments towards the service rendered will be settled before 5th of each month by a crossed cheque only so as to enable us to pay the guards salary on time and fulfil statutory requirements to avoid penalties, interest etc.
- The agreement also continues to involve yearly billing upward revision by10%.
- The contract will be valid for a period of one year, In case any of the party desiring to terminate the contract, the party may terminate the contract by giving one month clear notice.
- The deployment will be made on a minimum requirement of 2 to 3 days’ time as per the volume of the contract.
- Security personnel employed by the Security Agency should not be taken directly or indirectly by the Client or sub contracted to a third party.
